In 1950 Jean Goldberg starts a small tailorcompany in Nice. His son Albert Goldberg continues his fathers company and starts to introduce his own designed label of casual fashion. He calls it Façonnable, wich is derived from the French verb "façonner", which "to create" means. Goldberg is inspired by the rich colors of the Mediterian Sea and skies.

After the clothing collection, soon the leather collection followed (bags, shoes and wallets) and even later parfums and watches of the Façonnable brand were introduced. In 1987 they started with the very succesfull Eyewear and Sunwear collection. Here they show off their superior skills and close look of details and with exclusive materials like titanuim and gold doubles they create a very luxery impression. Still, the collection is very fashionable but distinctive. Suitable to anyone who appriciate elegance and quality.
